The Whole Child is excited and honored to welcome Frank Medina to our Board of Directors. A dedicated and proven leader, Frank brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience as well as strong connections to the Whittier community to our robust leadership team. His passion for serving the community and especially for boosting causes that help children with disabilities, support veterans in need, and raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.

“We are thrilled to be working closely with Frank,” said The Whole Child’s CEO Constanza Pachon. “We know he will bring his expertise and his enormous heart to our mission of empowering families towards healing, health, and homes.”

“Frank is very well-regarded and respected across Southeast LA County” said Board Chair Gary Martinez, “not only as a businessman but as someone who will jump into any project that supports communities in need.”

Boasting over 25 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Frank is very aware of the housing challenges facing families in Los Angeles County. Combining his expertise in housing with his local business insights as a former president of the Whittier Uptown Association which represents over 1,000 business owners makes for a powerful combination. Adding to that combo are Frank’s deep ties to community organizations such as the Elks (for whom he served as President of the Whittier chapter) and his passion to give back whenever and however he can.

“I am beyond excited to be part of the Whole Child and its mission to help so many families throughout the County of Los Angeles,” said Frank Medina, “I will be committed to contributing to the hardworking team from The Whole Child and its clients throughout the year.”

Frank lives in Whittier with his fiancé Toni and is a dedicated father to his twins, Julianna and Daniel, and step-daughter Maia.
